A warm welcome to Cranbrook, Devon

Our Website aims to provide a dedicated, comprehensive information service for local Cranbrook residents. Our prime purpose is to communicate local news, promote Cranbrook Activity Groups and to provide residents with useful references to local organisations. We also aim to provide a useful guide for new residents coming to live in Cranbrook. We will be providing an occasional newsletter to our members and also advertise forthcoming Cranbrook wide events.  We hope you will find this website useful and welcome any suggestions for improving the ‘ease of use’ and any additional information you feel might be relevant to Cranbrook and its residents.  Finally, we would like to thank Cranbrook Town Council for providing the initial grant which enabled us to create this website.

Community Activity Groups

These pages provide contact information for all of our CCA activity group memberships. Each group provides it’s own contact details with a brief description of their activity if needed. Alternatively those groups with a web site provide a link to their own web site.

Join the Cranbrook Community Association (CCA)

We have 2 categories of membership both of which are free to join.
Group membership provides free advertising of the groups activities and their contact details.
Individual membership helps increase our membership base enabling us to provide the free service.

Members of the CCA who are organising events needing insurance cover can apply to the Association for cover under our public liability umbrella policy.  However they must complete a Risk Assessment statement to be approved by the CCA committee before the cover is valid.

All members will receive an occasional newsletter and will have the facility to broadcast messages advertising their events via the CCA Web site. Members will also be able to request for help from the wider membership for their particular event.
